Being sick on the holidays is the worst. So I’m not monkeying around with lesser remedies, I’m going straight for the nuclear option!

Kinja'd!!!

Sme of our Europpos may be familiar with this, its good stuff!

Thanks! Its doing what its supposed to, today is tolerable so far.

Its french chartreuse, its distilled up in some mountain monestary by monks in southern France. Its an herbal digestif but also good for what ails you.

Kinja'd!!!

Welcome to the sickie club. I called off work today because it still feels like I’m gargling razor blades, barbed wire and shards of glass. Since I called off Monday I wasn’t getting the holiday pay anyway, so WTF. I don’t know if I’m still infectious or not, but since my job either involves talking on the phone or the radio I’d be less than useless if I was there. It’s not like I have some great Thanksgiving dinner to go to - I’m just going to whip up some tacos and taquitos, liberally coated in guacamole. At least I sort of feel like eating...

Thanks. I only put a spoonful in hot tea, not trying to get drunk, but its an herbal liqueur and really is good for what ails you. Its made by monks in a monestary in France.

Well it is best to use it when you first feel bad, it attaches stuff around the virus and helps prevent it from getting worse. Very ancient remedy in the middle east actually.
